Each greeting card or larger painting is an original work of art to be framed and enjoyed for years to come.
Cards are painted directly onto 140 pound premium cotton paper then signed and sealed with a water resistant preservative.
Unframed canvas paintings will be described as such in the description. Canvas watercolors take special preparation and may need an extra day for custom orders.
Matted paintings are painted onto 140 lb premium watercolor paper then mounted onto a painting board then a mat is added and the painting is sealed in a clear sleeve for shipping.
Each card is painted after ordered so please allow 1 day for preparation before shipping.
Custom and personalized orders I will be my privilege to paint your custom project. Contact me with your ideas and for information on my availability and pricing.
Care instructions When matting your art I recommend using acid free materials to protect it. Some of my artwork comes already matted (check description) or painted directly onto gallery wrapped canvas, I use acid-free mats, backs, hanging tape, and clear sleeves.
I also recommend hanging your art out of direct sunlight. This can greatly expand the lifespan of your watercolor. Matte framing or a cradle frame is recommended for your artwork. Each card is sealed and buffed to preserve the natural beauty of the watercolor. If you prefer a more traditional frame I suggest buying a frame with UV protection glass.
